Our goal at CommunityConnective is to help you create lasting, transformational change at your organization that impacts everyone involved. The process of working together includes conversations, skills development, opportunities for deeper learning and understanding, and relationship building. By changing how the work is done, clients discover that the process itself is transformational. 

During our time together, our clients learn how to engage in this work while rejecting the characteristics of white supremacy culture such as

At the same time, there is a shift in how everyone at the organization works together that brings about an alignment with equity, liberation and justice, such as

  • Rooting the work in accountability to values and relationships
  • Building a connected, trusting, and healthy community and culture
