CommunityConnective helps organizations on their racial equity journey by facilitating transformational processes rooted in integrity and care. Although we always start with race, everything we do is through an intersectional lens. Our clients are nonprofits and small businesses interested in planning processes, facilitated trainings/learning opportunities, and comprehensive assessments. During 2020, post the murder of George Floyd, my organization was in dire need of external assistance to sort through the many emotions flowing through staff.
